Commercial new construction
Amped has priced and delivered commercial new construction in Greater Victoria since 2008. We bid tendered packages and take on negotiated design-assist work. If a job isn't a fit, we say so at bid time.
Ground-up builds
Retail shell, light industrial, mixed-use and multi-family. Full packages from underground rough-in to final.
Service & distribution
Main services, distribution and metering. We coordinate BC Hydro design and connection.
Design-assist & budgeting

Strata, MURB and fleet charging
Rebates may be available; we'll check for your building. A building-wide plan comes first, and approval is needed before work starts. We prepare the plan, help with the applications and do the install.
Charging plan
A building-wide plan covering electrical capacity, stall layout, load management and phasing.
Stall wiring
Wiring and load management to make stalls ready for chargers, coordinated with the strata council and BC Hydro.
Chargers
Charger supply and install once the plan is approved.
Fleet charging
Level 2 and DC fast charging for fleet yards. FLO, ChargePoint, SWTCH, Wallbox Commercial.
Commercial lighting retrofits
We audit, design and install, and check for provincial rebates. We work with Lutron Quantum/Athena, nLight and Wattstopper.
